Going to hell.

Hi dolls, today I have an outfit post - a nice relief from my previous, much more serious post! You'll be pleased to know that in this post normal activity (and full makeup) have been resumed. It's been quite difficult for me to take outfit pictures lately, mainly because I've barely been out the house, just setting up camp indoors and working maniacally on my Final Major Project. So a trip out in town last night was a welcome break from that anti-social existence, and this is what I wore...

Earrings - Dollface London
Top - H&M
Skirt - River Island (old)
Boots - New Look

No, your eyes do not deceive you, I actually tried to do something different with my hair here! I used to wear halo braids a lot in college but gave up with them because my hair was too short for it to work properly. However, lately I've been much more into them again, possibly because I'm living in maxi skirts and I think the two go really well together. This was a fairly quick outfit I wore out last night, I was in an all-black kind of mood and wanted to wear a really simple outfit and just load up on statement silver jewellery - this cuff from Dollface London is my new favourite thing, it's so beautiful. The skirt is one from a few summers ago that I dug out of the loft - after last weekend's good weather I was feeling optimistic and pulled down my summer clothes, but having just ventured outside it's become clear that it's not getting warm quite yet. Still, until then there's always tights to save the day! You can find this outfit on Lookbook here...

Have you started looking through your summer wardrobe yet? Are you a fan of statement accessories?

    1. Thanks so much Chelsea! I know, my problem is I have no patience either, so I start trying something new then take it out halfway and just do the same old thing. This summer I'm hoping to be more experimental! xxx
